At least 12 characters, including uppercase, lowercase, a number and a symbol. This temporary password will be applied to the new retail account.
Historical order statuses, verification details and workflow timestamps will not be changed.
Only continue after confirming that the order and email belong
to the customer. Account creation is blocked if an account already exists.
