Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, including (but not limited to):

  • Ordering an incorrect part

  • Ordering an incorrect quantity

  • No longer requiring the item

  • Errors made at the time of ordering

Please choose carefully before placing an order.

Faulty, Incorrect or Damaged Goods

If a product:

  • Is faulty or defective

  • Is not as described

  • Is incorrect due to our error

  • Is damaged in transit

you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

To request a remedy, please contact us within a reasonable timeframe and provide:

  • Your order request number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos where applicable

We reserve the right to assess the issue before determining the appropriate remedy.

Order Changes & Cancellations (Products)

  • Orders cannot be changed once payment has been made

  • Orders are only packed after payment is received

  • Once packing has commenced, orders cannot be cancelled or modified

Services – Training Days, Events & Coaching

We understand that plans may change. Our cancellation policy for services is as follows:

  • Changes or cancellations require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled booking.

  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the booking, as well as no-shows, may result in forfeiture of the booking fee.

  • If Alpha Motorsport needs to cancel or reschedule a booking, you may choose between:

    • a full refund, or

    • a credit toward another available date.

  • If you arrive more than 1 hour late, this may be treated as a no-show, and no refund will be provided.

This policy is necessary due to coach availability, and event preparation commitments.

Australian Consumer Law

Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

This policy does not exclude, restrict, or modify any rights you may have under the ACL.
