Shipping & Dispatch Policy

General Information

This Shipping & Dispatch Policy applies primarily to dealer orders for parts and equipment.

Shipping costs are not included in order requests and are calculated at the invoice stage.

Payment & Packing

  • Orders are only packed once full payment has been received

  • Orders cannot be changed after payment

  • Packing will not commence until payment has cleared

Dispatch Timeframes

  • Payment received before 10:00am (AEST)
    → Same-day dispatch will often occur

  • Payment received after 10:00am (AEST)
    → Dispatch will occur the next business day

Dispatch timeframes are indicative only and may vary due to stock availability, carrier delays, or peak periods.

Shipping & Tracking

  • Orders are shipped using reputable carriers

  • Tracking information will be provided where available

  • Delivery times are determined by the carrier and are outside our control once dispatched

Risk & Delivery Responsibility

  • Risk in the goods passes to the customer once the order has been dispatched

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring delivery details are accurate

  • Additional costs incurred due to incorrect or incomplete address details may be charged to the customer

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are added to the invoice, not the initial order request

  • Shipping costs are calculated based on the items included in the order and the delivery address

  • Freight charges must be paid in full before dispatch
