This Shipping & Dispatch Policy applies primarily to dealer orders for parts and equipment.
Shipping costs are not included in order requests and are calculated at the invoice stage.
Payment & Packing
Orders are only packed once full payment has been received
Orders cannot be changed after payment
Packing will not commence until payment has cleared
Dispatch Timeframes
Payment received before 10:00am (AEST)
→ Same-day dispatch will often occurPayment received after 10:00am (AEST)
→ Dispatch will occur the next business day
Dispatch timeframes are indicative only and may vary due to stock availability, carrier delays, or peak periods.
Shipping & Tracking
Orders are shipped using reputable carriers
Tracking information will be provided where available
Delivery times are determined by the carrier and are outside our control once dispatched
Risk & Delivery Responsibility
Risk in the goods passes to the customer once the order has been dispatched
Customers are responsible for ensuring delivery details are accurate
Additional costs incurred due to incorrect or incomplete address details may be charged to the customer
