Training with purpose

EKS Training Days are focused, small-group sessions for EKS drivers, parents and mechanics who want to better understand the chassis and use practice time more effectively.

Attendance is capped to allow for individual observation, driver coaching and practical technical guidance tailored to each participant.

Develop the whole team

Progress depends on more than the driver alone.

Training helps drivers better recognise and communicate what they are experiencing, while helping parents and mechanics observe more effectively, prepare the kart consistently and work through decisions methodically.

Continued practice makes those habits second nature, so when race day arrives, the focus is simply on execution.

The race then takes care of itself.

Make every lap count

Sessions may include driver awareness and feedback, kart preparation, setup principles, controlled changes, track observation, data review and structured debriefs.

Each driver sets a clear goal at the start of the day, and the session is then shaped around helping them work towards it.

The aim is to build better habits, stronger technical understanding and a repeatable process that can be carried into future practice sessions and race events.
