How the order request process works

Guest customers must verify their email within 24 hours before the request is sent to Alpha for review.

Reviewed by Alpha
Alpha confirms availability, adds shipping cost (if applicable) and any notes.

Approved & Invoiced
If approved, Alpha confirms the request and sends an invoice/payment link to your email.

Paid, Packed & Shipped / Pickup
Once paid, stock is allocated, packed, and either shipped or made ready for pickup from Alpha Motorsport (VIC 3341).
Stock is not allocated until payment is received.
